Qualifications:

Travel Agent rate is strictly reserved for travel agents who are actively working in the travel industry; regularly booking client travel and stays.

Travel Agent must provide a current business card associated with their travel agency, IATAN photo card, IATA number and agency IATA list at time of reservation. Travel Agent must present IATAN card and printed agency business card with their name upon arrival.

Rate is valid only after a site inspection of the property (available Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9 a.m.). Appointments for site inspection must be made at the time of booking. Rate is subject to availability.

Tax not included. Rate does not apply to special location requests. Rates are subject to change without notice.

What is PARADISE PLUS?

A bonus for the agency: Full 10% agency commission on all bookings,

Plus… A bonus for the agent: Earn free nights at Napili Kai in a studio for yourself and a guest, including full breakfast for two. (Dec. 20 through Jan. 7 excluded)

10 booked nights of travel – 1 complimentary night earned in studio accommodation (1-2 ppl)

20 booked nights of travel – 1 complimentary night earned in one-bed room suite accommodation (3-4 ppl)

There is no limit to the number of nights you can earn, BUT YOU MUST REGISTER FIRST IN ORDER TO ENTER THE PROGRAM. FULL NAMES PLEASE — we’ll even credit any of your bookings traveled in the last 90 days.

To get you off and running, one Bonus night is on the house. Bonus night must be used in conjunction with earned free nights. BONUS nights are not transferrable to another agent. WHOLE EARNED nights can be transferred for use by any full-time travel agent, with the original agent’s written permission.

Who is eligible?

Any IATAN appointed travel agency and its agents may join, at no cost, no obligation. Nights earned belong to the individual travel agent and transfer with him or her, regardless of agent affiliation. Bookings through wholesalers are credited to the agent, but you must send us a copy of the confirmation from your wholesaler.

What if my client cancels?

Paradise Plus credits only accrue after the clients have travelled.

Who keeps track of my bookings?

Napili Kai keeps track of all bookings and will send you a statement twice annually. It is the responsibility of the member agent to notify Napili Kai promptly of any change of address or agency.

May I bring my family?

Yes, but it takes 20 nights of travelled bookings for each free night in one-room suite accommodations for 3 to 4. Additional members may be accommodated at standard hotel rates by prior arrangement. Agent stays at discounted rates do not accrue Paradise Plus credits.
